Come Prepared
✦ Arrive on time, and well rested
✦ Please shower before your appointment and wear comfy clothing
✦ Eat an hour before your appointment, and please brings sugary snacks and drinks
✦ Come sober. If you are under the influence of drugs/alcohol your deposit will be forfeited and you will be turned away.
✦ Please feel free to bring a blanket/pillow/headphones to make your tattoo session more comfortable
✦ Anti-inflammatory over-the-counter medicine such as Advil or Robaxacet can be helpful for your session. Please use on a day before your appointment to make sure it you can tolerate it, and always follow the label instructions for dosage.
✦ Eat again even if you did before your appointment. Keeping your sugars up is the best way to have a successful tattoo session!

Deposit Policy
✦ Deposits are completely NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. This fee shows you are serious about booking your tattoo, and comes off the final session of the piece. The amount of the deposit is based on the length and number of appointments booked, the artist you’re booking with, and will be discussed at the time of booking.
✦ A minimum of three business days is required to move or otherwise re-schedule an appointment. DEPOSITS ARE FORFEITED IF CANCELLED WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME.

Rescheduling policy
✦ Deposits are forfeited for no-shows. Artists will choose to book no-show clients at their own discretion moving forward. On any given appointment or project where multiple appointments are booked, more than two reschedules per project will forfeit the deposit. Further appointment bookings will be at the discretion of the artist and will require a second non-refundable deposit.
✦ Reminder calls/emails or texts are provided one week before an appointment, though these are courtesy reminders and clients should not rely on them. The studio is not responsible for missed appointments.
✦ Deposits can be made via e-transfer to the correct address, provided at the time of booking.
✦ Deposits are meant to ensure the client is serious about booking their project, and reflects the time and effort that each design requires from the artist to prepare. Please ensure you are prepared to move forward with a tattoo appointment or project prior to putting down a deposit.
